We want you to be 100% satisfied with your doll! If you're not happy with your order, please let us know within 20 days from receiving the order. You can send back unused dolls with tags for or a full refund or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. We do not provide prepaid labels for returns and exchanges. You can reach us here to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we are not able to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit returns or exchanges.

Due to our dolls' handmade nature, no two dolls look alike, or are completely symmetrical! It is the asymmetry that gives each doll character and makes it unique. 

If your doll breaks or you find a problem upon arrival, please contact customer service so we can find a solution for you. 

We usually ship within 2-4 business days via USPS for domestic and UPS for international. Delivery takes between 3-7 days for US addresses, and about 7-14 days for overseas addresses (we do offer quicker delivery options at checkout). 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. In peak periods or release of larger collections, processing time may be longer.

Yes! Abael Goods ships worldwide. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. If you have any questions please reach out to customer service here.

dolls - If your Abael Goods doll needs a wash, we recommend the following: First, attempt to spot clean with a rag. If the doll needs more of a scrubbing, try hand washing in warm soapy water. Rinse well, squeeze all the water out, and air dry. If necessary, you can wash your doll in the machine on the most gentle cycle and highly recommend placing it in a delicates bag. Since the yarn is 100% alpaca please lay flat to air dry. 

doll swaddles - can be washed on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low (shrinkage may occur when drying). 

We stuff our dolls with polyfill, which is hypoallergenic and clean. Polyfil is naturally fire-retardant, so it does not need to be treated with any chemicals to comply with toy safety law. 

Abael Goods will be carried by many beautiful stores around the world. Our brand is new and our stockist list will be growing a lot in 2023.
